(2) No person shall trespass upon the house, land, vehicle or other property of another without the permission or consent of the owner of such property.
(3) Any public body or organized organization or any employee working in such an organization that holds information about the property of a person or who may have information about it, shall not disclose or make public the details of any person's property in any way without the consent of the person concerned.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1) or (3), the relevant body to keep the records of property details in case the property details are demanded in accordance with the order of the authorized officer in connection with the investigation of any offense or in the case of a court case against a person on the same subject, The organized organization or officer shall provide such records.
